Vintage vehicles are tricky to keep going. From expired engines to ailing axles, they must be nursed along with a high degree of care and attention. One critical component that must be kept cool at all times is the driver. Without adequate refreshment, this can often be the first item to fail!

Carrickmacross Vintage Club runs one of the largest vintage rallies in the country each Easter monday. This charity event benefits two local care facilities; St. Mary's Hospital, Castleblayney and Steadfast House in Carrickmacross. With well over 400 vintage cars, tractors, motorbikes and trucks of all shapes and sizes, it's now a firm fixture on the vinatage calendar.

This year, Celtic Pure helped out by distributing refreshing bottles of cool, clear water to all participants. The drivers appreciated the pick-me-up as they set out on the vintage run.

Celtic Pure MD Padraig McEnaney said that the company was delighted to be involved. "This event has grown from strength to strength over the years and always raises much needed funds for local charities. We're honoured to help out in any way we can."
